Ojinaga (O-he-na'ga):
A dusty Mexican border town of about 60,000 people, Ojinaga was the seat
of power for Pablo Acosta. Located next to the Rio Grande in one
of the most isolated regions of North America, the town's Wild West reputation
was enhanced by frequent street shoot outs between rival smuggling groups,
assassination attempts against Pablo Acosta, and by the scary ever-presence
of Acosta's gunmen, who drove around town in stolen Broncos or strutted
down the streets carrying assault rifles and .45-caliber semi-automatic
pistols.
